They want us to use l/w trolleys but the bags we use are totally unsuitable for the job.
They tried to supply us with these clamps that you have to use a hex key to attach to the straps but the office never have the clamps or the keys .
Without them the bags slip down onto the wheels and makes the trolley twice as hard to push.
Why dont they have eyelets on the bag straps so you can attack the bags easier to the hooks on the trolleys.

thats what they gave us when we first changed over, clamps with an allen key for adjustment. but now we have specially designed bags with built in eyelets to hook directly onto the trolley. its only took them 3 yrs.

Which tend to break when you bump them down a kerb with more than about a kilo in them. The new pouches for the LWT are smaller, and don't carry a full loop on a busy day, especially when it comes to carrying packets as well

Well according to RM, mail is down, but I'm taking more of those bags each day, and as I use a HCT for my walk, it says a lot. 4 decent bundles and they are full

Larger packets are moving to ParcelForce but it's anything bigger than 610mm x 460mm x 460mm which is a very big shoe box.
