Summer Lapsing

We currently lapse everyday with added collections on a Saturday. On Tuesdays we also have double lapsing. We have now been informed that they will shortly be taking out another walk per section. So that will be double lapsing everyday and treble lapsing on Tuesdays!!!!!!!!! When will it stop. Its push push push. Its about time the union got involved and put a stop to this treatment. Just to cap it all off the dom has said no one can cut off. If they fetch anything back they will be sacked. No response when I asked them to put that in writing!

It doesn't matter if there is quadruple lapsing everyday and quintuple lapsing on a tuesday,if you don't have time to do it,it can't be done.

Seek advice from your rep. And report your boss for bullying. Work to your time

You only do what you can in the allocated time you do not stay out over your time the more you let them get away with the more they push a few people going off sick will help the situation

Don't worry I am more than capable of standing up for myself. Unfortunately there is a lot of people who cant or wont. Its those that I feel sorry for.

how on earth have you got time for double and triple lapsing in my office we can only do lapsing on monday and tuesday and that is not all the time

sounds like your manager has put so much fear into your office that he has you lot wrapped around his little finger, id put pressure on my union rep to act on the "fetch anything back and they will be sacked" aspect. If the rep cant/wont help take it up the chain to the area CWU rep.

Been on p&l for 2 years now. The rep knew what was coming so moved off his walk to work in the callers office. Nothing like looking after yourself!!!

Lol our place is a joke. Apparantly we lapse to save money but have taken on 3 new staff members. Who have been sent to another office due to not having a duty for them to do. Erm....how about the 3 we lapse??
