Have recently gone full time MGV driving on a substitution basis long term along with a few other opgs,
But Royal Mail are deducting my ex-phg money off my substitution money and paying me £20 less than the other opgs.
Surely this is incorrect and can someone confirm and advise please.

got ex phg's here on mgv grade who recieve reserved rights payment. stick a grievance in.

Sounds wrong to me. I only know one MGV driver who is ex-phg but they get both allowances in full.

yes same things happened at my place our phg money is taken of mgv subistitute allowance. when i asked why was told you still get it but you are not allowed more than mgv driver pay 443 but as i understand it we have reserve rights on the 20 pounds.is there some porkies being told here there seems to be diferent rules for diferent people can anyone clarify why this is happening.
