Revision changes...Say no?

We are going through a revision at the moment. I'm part-time on 24 hours spread over three days. I am starting to hear lots of rumors about stuff. One rumor is my manager wants to spread my 24 hours over four days a week. I'm just wondering what my rights are on these changes? Can I say no? What if it does not fit around my other commitments?

Depends what ya contract says. If it says 'your hours of work will be issued by your manager' then yes they can move your hours as they please. If however your contract states you work certain times and days then no they cant.
