When they print out new frame labels, does that information come from the A+, or from somewhere random?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Yes
However, you can easily edit in excel, I find it better for doing town centres and deep rurals with lots of named properties.
Excel also offers a better selection of colours and editing than the standard labels program
