New attendance procedure

I keep hearing that the attendance procedure might be changing in April,and something about warnings will take only six months to clear instead of a year.Do any of you union guys who frequent this forum know anything about it?.

So this is definitely due to come in on 1st of April to replace the current one and the days of sickness rolling over year to year no longer apply?.

If they don't bull and harrass people into finishing the rounds either in their own time or on o/t, how else are they supposed to get the job done? By putting in revisions in a sensible manner with an achievable workload? Honestly, I think you expect too much.
