Another IHR question

Hello all i,m a newbie on here :wave

I,ve been with RM for eight years and have been off sick long term since last september,

had numerous interviews wth atos over the phone and they say i come under the Equality act and dont want to speak to me for at least another 12 weeks.

I have kept in regular contact with my DIM about my illness,but all there interested in is an end date,

And i was wondering how long does it take for them to offer me IHR (ATOS/RM) or can i ask for it myself, as my doctor has said it could be months before they get my medication right and im back to my old self.

Good grief! :roll:
It's far too early to be asking about IHR.
The guidelines was roughly 9 months from your first day of absence and is being whittled down to around 6 months with the new attendance procedure that is due to start in April(another great deal :roll: :roll: )

Is that the new attendance procedure change from rolling absences for a year to six months,if your on a stage 1 General Mannerheim?.
I heard it mentioned at the office,not sure if there was any truth to it.

Thanks for the download,i thought it was 9months,

but my doctor advised me that going back to delivery would not be suitable and to get an indoor/office job,

I used to love the outdoor element of the job,till they went onto p/l,my body just cannot take it anymore.
