Why is it that when you perform overtime we(me) never get paid D2D money for that day??? So people coming in on their day off is essentially getting £4 less and performing the tasks.

You are I assume talking about Delivery Supplement money (I Know Fish, I get the sarcasm). Although you do not get any increase in your Delivery Supplement your rate of overtime pay is higher than your normal rate of pay, and this is to compensate for the non increase in delivery supplement. This only applies if you work less than 39 hours a week and will only be paid on overtime hours that are between your contracted hours and the full time hours of 39. So therefore the answer is you are not any worse off than a full time employee.

Yes you are, you only get a fraction of what a FT employee gets for delivering the same amount of mail.

It's not fair guys, I don't care how much you dress it up or downplay it, pro rata delivery supplement is just not right.

Please Explain why - if you do 39 hours you get paid EXACTLY the same as a 39 hour employee - how is that not fair.

the problem is the number next to "delivery supplement" never changes on your payslip so with a quick glance it looks like you're not getting any extra D/S for the hours you work

Here's the maths (based on last weeks payslip)

Basic Pay 25hrs £238.53 (£9.54 p/h)
Del Supp £13.86 (£0.55 p/h)
Overtime 12hrs £121.14 (£10.095 p/h)

add basic and delivery sup and divide by 25 hrs you get £10.095 per hour
divide the overtime by 12 hrs you get £10.095 per hour

so the additional Delivery supplement is there, disguised as a higher rate of pay for overtime
