"Flow" indoor revision

Has anyone had the flow indoor revision, how brilliant is it?

we have had it its a joke.. we now have only 5 sorting frames.. when its a heavy day everybody has to crowd round them.. this mythical porter only operates on the easy days the rest of the week hes sorting. the packets take much longer simply because the yorks take up far more space, you have to walk and throw your packets, rather than just stand in one spot like you did before. This has cost thousands at our office and things are far worse than before.. only plus i now have a massive wardrobe type structure next to my frame, a coathook may have been cheaper

How long has flow been in your office. Do you get monitored for performance and has anyone been disciplined for poor performance?

its been in for about 5 weeks on heavy days mail has been left over to sort the next day.. hmm if i brought a letter back i would be done for willful delay!! when it suits eh, no we have not recieved 200 quid, would have been nice

the last £200 is based on a revision surely this is the same thing its a new way of working

Wrong - it's one of those little ad ons which came really as part of WCM before the union agreed to it but RM brought it in anyway - we had it in our office when the blokes came to weigh up the job even the manager didn't know it was happening - and that probably explains why we don't have porters because we haven't enough staff to come off sorting to do the humping so they collect their own mail just as they used to do and double preppers collect two lots of mail

Nope, the monies for BT2010 had clearly defined pay points and Flow Through came long after that without any payment whatsoever - but seeing as RM had already bought the equipment - in it went - though only those parts that fitted - I believe there was supposed to be a small locker attached to a frame for D2D etc but if they didn't have room they didn't install them. It would have certainly tidied up the office instead of having a floor full of loose D2Ds.
