Can anyone confirm if weekend reserved rights notional contracts still exist and if so which offices still have them in operation?

leeds mail centre, on distribution have just done revision and we had a duty made for our notional driver. his contract was honoured as CWU demand it. However, the manager who was a notional weekend work his wasnt. CMA didnt back him
