I think since I started as a postie 3 months ago I've nearly gone through 100 biro pens supplied by the office, typically the ink explodes in my pockets while out on delivery and then they run out of ink!! makes me wonder if i should just use a pencil... :hmmmm

I forgot to bring a pen to work once and had to beg locker boy for about 5 minutes to BORROW one.
He made sure to get it back from me at the end of the day

There are ussually 1000's in the managers office cupboard, 3rd one down help yourself.

Bookies - small and perfectly formed - last a least a day as well. A woman on my round gets me them as and when I need them.

Same here teebs but i have two Ladbrokes,a William Hill and a Betfred on my delivery so i keep myself supplied. :whistle

So when the ink runs out we cant write out a card and we are forced to deliver it any way possible :shock:

Best pen I've found is called Uniball power tank, got it for about £1.50 from Sainsburys, clips onto my pants so I very rarely lose them, write in all weather's including rain, saves me so much time compared to crappy other pens where you are trying to get them to write in cold/wet.

Started in the 90's and have NEVER been given a pen. Always had to supply my own. So I always find a to do it for free, usually by asking at a PO if they have any spare.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.
