Thats easy I'm certain as and when we get to a ballot the mbrs will vote no. A yes vote was struggle enough on the 2010/2011 tabletop shuffling revision so with the full mojo being voted on I doubt very much mbrs will shift to a first time yes. April 2014 it is then

Why worry? you've had how much already without doing a tap..............lots of people who eagerly embraced and defended BT2010 have seemed pretty reluctant in applying it, including the deal of the century merchant.

in our office took about 12 months to get the duty builder sorted then when when they went up and i went to take a break as per duty builder said i was told i couldnt have my break at that time and my line manager told me to ignore the duty builder as they were coming down ????????? WHY ???? what a waste of time and money
