Dom putting all surplus d2d into frames with dsm backing

Ok today once again I've seen 4 Yorks full of "left over" d2d items being randomly slotted into our delivery frames.

Asked Dom about it and he ignored me.

Where do I stand on this?

E-mail to Moya, managers should be working out why there are returns and making sure they don't happen and not trying to hide things for their bosses.

I would have my doubts whether this would stand up as a "reasonable instruction".
I would also imagine this could mean P45 for a Dom and a spot of tending to the shrubbery for the DSM,why would they risk it?

I'm not accusing you of making it up,I've seen enough management incompetence in my time not to discount anything no matter how ridiculous.
I'm really just interested to know what your members are doing about it because in my office they would pull it back out and fill up the 4 yorks again.
D2D gets done as per the contract and as far as i'm aware the contract doesn't say randomly stuff it anywhere you please.

Had something similar in our office on Monday.
We were told last week that no more D2Ds were going to be returned and they all had to be delivered.
On Mon morning we were told to "scatter" any left over d2ds to get rid of them.
We refused stating we had already done every house.
Waiting to see what happens next !

Correct me if im wrong but should these failings be entered in the office diary then reported on them cosy conference to the DSM somethings will never change this so called Company just keep sweeping everything under carpet.This itself is why industrial relations ar at after reading some comments at a all time low .I would like to see some positive action from the CWU on all the crap thats been brewing for some years now.Sort this S*** out sooner than later as all i can see is the members being targeted on a very regular hasis .Maybe its on RMs agenda .Surely the Union has these statisticss.
