2010 agreement payments

our office still to recieve final £200
has this got to be paid out before april
also been told rm not paying us the money until we go through another revision to enable more savings
thought the agreement wasn,t about savings
we have gone through full revision already with planners et all
everything been done why wont they pay out
and what can we do to get our cash

we're still waiting on last £200 and also heard a rumour if not enough savings where made to trigger payment it would be paid no matter what in april 2013

we are still waiting for our revision three years after it was first mused.

we had the first £200 then but are we entitled to the £600 + £200 in April even though we are yet to have our revision?

we have been told that we should be going live in July, but we have heard all that before and it never happened

No revision...........no payments at all...........long may we continue that way

my guess is that the timescales will be extended but no monies will be paid until each payment trigger has been implemented and signed off by both parties...

There is currently 30 million in unpaid lump sum payments. Of course in a similar manner to the shorter working week the unions wants an end date when the money is paid. However Royal Mail clearly feel if they pay the money up front then they do not believe they will get the revison introduced.

This is one issue which currently under Negotation under the heading of the Pace Of Change.

And those that are waiting for the final £200 Dingo?

Are they really going to have to wait for another revision to get it, because that is unlikely to happen. Indeed it shouldn't even be entertained while there are so many outstanding first revisions and PIR's.

Over 100 PIR's incomplete a year after implementation.
Many dating back over 2 years.
Hundreds of revisions failing or being propped up by extra resource.
Large numbers of our members forced onto later starts with no 1 in 4 saturdays or any chance of innovative attendance patterns.
Bullying and harassment rife and getting worse by the day.
Royal Mail doing whatever they please across large areas of the country.
WCM undermining the union at every turn.
