dom has been following me on my walk once last week and then on sat and i had a message on facebook stating this

Steev smith ( not real name) took me aside yesterday and asked me to have a word. You are on a temporary contract and he heard the new dom ain't too happy with you. Tread very carefully mate, I don't mean kiss arses, but if you plan to do what you said you'll do, do it by the book, and keep your mouth shut. Say the wrong word to the wrong person and they will stab you in the back mate.

this is the message i got coupled with the following me on me walk iam starting to feel very stressed with the situation im on a stage 2 and cannot go off with anything otherwise il be stage 3 and away ya go anyway what can i do

seems to have ramped up a gear since ive stoppped using my car and taking my break before i go out is this bullying and harrassment or not

that is what he said to the rep cos that what he told me said its not just you theres a couple hes watching with the message i got off the collegue earlier and with him watchin me iam very stressed

Something ain't right here. When your work problems start invading your personal life i.e. facebook, then you have a real problem and it becomes harrasment and an invasion of your privacy. If someone has had a word with someone else who has subsequently posted on your facebook page then is there not a breach of confidentiality here? You should chat to your rep first chance you get find out what is going on and if not happy speak to your area rep. You have rights to do your job properly without being harrassed. You must be under awful stress mate and I feel sorry for you.
