what shall i do ?

had revision in sep last year my own duty i was happy with, full time and claimed about 2 hours a week OT.this was spot on for me,then january got an extra street added meaning 20-25 mins extra a day i complained to dom,what a waste of time.now next week i am having some of my rural part of my duty removed,this was timed at 46 mins but geo route says it takes an hour ,to replace this i am having a great big street added 124-2 evens and 115-1 odds plus a couple of small court yards of this main street,geo route says it will take 55 mins,but i know from past experiance it will take nearer 1 hr 10 mins.so ive had this added to my duty when i was still claiming overtime i was not getting back to office earlier,oh yes this extra street that i think will take longer has not been timed,surprise surprise,do i stand firm and tell the dom i am not working the 25 + mins difference or shall i just finish to my time.

i cant our rep is up the doms a*s* ,our rep was on my duty a few times last week i was passing by on my day off, pulled up in my car and watched him run from the van to an address and back to the van he got back to the office and told the dom this duty s easy and acheivable,what hope have us workers who do the JOB PROPERLY.

Area rep seems to be the next step in getting your walk measured fairly by a disinterested party.

Ask for some help completing your round as you only want to work to your hours. Theres nothing they can do but either get you some assistance or let you cut off. Dont worry about it everything will be fine.

ask for the round to be tested and just work your hours,stand your ground and if they keep going on to you take out a grievance against them ohh and write to moya!!!

If the revision has been done last year, can they change it around? I'd fight to keep it as it was.
