Wasnt aware private mobiles were used for work purposes, my lino phones me I never answer it.

If you phone the customer then has your private number. They will then call you when their next item is due trying to chase it up. Just 739 and write on the card " Royal Mail don't supply me with a phone sorry" .

if i knew and got on with the customer well enough i probably would call and they could come find me on the delivery and pick up the parcel.
