hi can i ask some advice today the dim and deputy manager was on my walk come up to me and said we are doing observations i really do think this is a sign of harrasment what do you guys think apparently he said they will be doing this all the time now

oh i didnt know thought it was cos i kicked off this morning lol well from next week im doing me round on a bike f**k using my car any more not helping these twats out anymore and wasting my petrol

We get this quite frequently - checking that we're using right equipment, wearing correct shoe etc. Nothing ever comes of it because it's a paper H+S exercise - they've got a quota to fill.

On our last one the manager followed us up and down steep, snow covered hills for 20 minutes and then claimed he was out of breath and breathing very heavily because he'd been to the gym the night before!

we had another new boss come in and shadowed my colleage. after 5 mins he asked him to slow down as he was walking to fast.colleage laughed and said fair enough then i will not complete.he then agreed the round was too big,but still nothing has happened
