So...if the office printed "guidelines" state that: If the eve collections are unable to be completed, then the PHG cover person has to close the office/building and complete it as much as possible...how is this possible if the PHG cover person doesn't drive?
And, how does this become someone else's responsibility when the buck is tried to be passed by the covering PHG?
I sometimes wonder if I am truly...going...mad.

Locker cover person...was called this when I began around 10yrs ago...so it sticks, in my head at least!
But, to not have someone who can drive, when the role/job calls for it beggars belief.
So every time theres a Coll foul up, the PHG will not be able to address/solve it in many cases.
An ongoing problem with an easy solution. But it hasn't been addressed.
