what if any is the ratio between full and part time jobs in each office.
i know there is a national agreed figure but our office seems to be getting more and more part time staff

In my unit we are below the agreed 75/25 split at around 65/35. But we have been told that within 2 or 3 years that will be reversed and the unit will be majoritively PT.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.

Unfortunately there is no local limit on the PT/FT split nationally - only on the national split. Hopefully that makes sense.

TBH I doubt the Union has even raised the subject and I seriously doubt they would get a true figure from RM and I'm certain the union hasn't the faintest idea not least of all because they wouldn't have access to what the state of play of non-union members is.-

weve been picked at for a couple of years,,,,and its something like 60/40 split at the moment.
were very close to picking the duties for park an loop and its gunna be back to 75/25....on paper

We are currently running at about 50:50, depending on how the revision comes in this could drop to 70:30 IN FAVOR OF P/T

I'm the only full timer in my section, the rest are on full time duties but get paid less!
About a year ago an acting manager from another office told me that they plan to "get rid of more of you full timers"
