Reps days off

Hello, I'm a rep up in Scotland. My days off are the same as everybody else at my place, but I have heard that in other places reps have every Saturday off??? Is this true?

It may well be, but I would ask myself if I could look in a mirror if that's the reason I became a rep. Of course you may not see anything wrong with it, but if RM gave you every Saturday off, what would they expect in return. :hmmmm

I personally would not support any rep who becomes one and then sells his soul to get a better deal for themselves. I honestly believe a rep should "suffer" the same as his members.

We do 5 weeks on, 1 off, I do the same as everyone else. I don't want special treatment for being a rep.

Same for me aswell, had to make sure I did'nt have the same Rota week off a the Sub though.
