Trialist discipline
A friend of mine has just been made long term postman. For the last four years she has been on a trialist discipline and sickness regime. Having been made up why should she still be on a trialist discipline and how long does she remain on this type of discipline

You cannot have your position confirmed and therefore end your trial period while you are on the attendance procedure.
I have never known it to last anywhere near 4 years though,that is a piss take.
