Is there a time limit on Stage 3 being heard ?

I'm due one for being off with stress, it was supposed to be the second week in December, but I suppose due to Christmas pressure, me going on leave, and various managers putting it off, it still hasn't been done.

Your Stage will be dealt with by the DOM not a LM. I triggered a Stage 3 in October and its still yet to be dealt with. You should be having a phone call with the ATOS Dr as its part of the process.

Had all of that, had a DOM turn up, but no Union Rep one time, Stage 3 Postponed, it was re-arranged, then the DOM tried to change it to the following day at the last moment, postponed because Union Rep was booked elsewhere, and I was on a day off the day he wanted to do it. Re-arranged again, but I was on leave so it failed again.

Not heard anything since I came off leave, 3 weeks ago now.

ATOS Dr says what they always say, that I am covered under the equalities act and RM is wasting their time putting me through this process as it only increases the likely hood of stress and depression, but they never listen.

Still not had this Stage yet, and I'm off sick with a trapped nerve in my leg caused by pulling an LWT on icy pavements when we were sent out after the Lino decided it was safe because the pavements in town hand been cleared and salted, we tried to tell him the paths around the estates were still death traps.

The area union Rep mentioned they may offer me EHR, just wondered how much they might offer with 4 yrs done and about 10 to go before I retire.

Based on the above you will have a very good claim against the business, because the SSOW for LWT tells the managers that they are not to be used in icy conditions.
So suggest you contact your area safety rep or cwu hq safety dept.

Maybe, maybe not.
He is his own H&S manager. If he believed the conditions were unsafe in some areas, he should not have delivered there.
