We went live this week, and most people have completed on time! Some ot but not a lot. But 90% not using LWT, dims said as long as bags are 9kg or under people can put them on your shoulder! HCTs used as mobile bag drop. People coming in early 5-30 mins! Not seen one van check while in the yard! Probably be lapsing next now!

I think you missed out the word "not" in your thread title!

9Kg pouches on shoulder? When not using the LWT because of blocks of flats, I was lead to believe the maximum weight is 5Kg.

Please remind your HCT users that leaving mail unattended in a trolley locked to an immoveable object can only be out of sight for 2/5/10mins, depending upon the "risk assesment" of your area. You must either get the HCT back in sight before that time or empty it of every last bit of mail. This security breach will lose jobs if caught by the Investigation Bureau, while also going against the health & safety "weight off shoulder" policy, not to mention this practice will typically save 45-60mins per walk (increasing likelyhood of lapsing, reducing overtime that the depot should be paying out doing the job properly to their rules, ultimately costing jobs).

I hadn't realised that you CAN'T slip with a trolley...silly me.
