Alts banned from yard?

We are no longer permitted at our DO, deep in the heart of the Westcountry, to take alts out into the yard to take out/collect mail, packets, bags from t'vans. Health and safety is the reason cited by DIM, but nothing else to back it up. Anyone else come across this?

Never use the brakes on the york anyway.....they always stops when they hit t'van :Very Happy

Is this coffins or barrows or whatever they're called? The same edict was made here a few months ago. Most of them are unusable even indoors given the state of the caster wheels.

Been banned from taking alts outside for a few years now, they were always falling off the dock as its too narrow.

This came into force in our DO about 12 months ago.Yorks only now .
