Day off today so i did a bit of a spring clean, i came across a wage slip from exactly four years ag0, i'm full time delivery.

basic 2013 372.10 basic 2009 347.61
del supp 2013 13.25 door2door 2009 28.65
del supp 2013 8.37 shift all 2009 12.37
5 hrs OT 2013 49.35 7 hours OT 2009 64.61

take home 2013 339.85 take home 2009 339.59
so for doing 2 hours less docket, i'm a whole 26p better off
in "real terms" worse off when you allow for the cost of living, fuel increase, food increase, beer increase etc etc.
i knew at the time loosing the d2d allowance was going to take a long time to catch up, but to be taking home the same pay four years later is beyond belief.

i remember doing half a walk on overtime for 4 hours a few times a week, taking the leaflets,that was usually about another £16 for half a walk and still home for one o'clock. happy days .i'm about 3 grand down and i couldn;t do overtime now,too knackered after a brisk 4and half hour delivery.

I too am on the same pay as four years ago, Delivery Supplement much the same as Door To Door payments were and pay rises wiped out by the reduction in overtime i've worked.
