Heard that Lincoln DO received a visit from CWU top brass and Royal Mail senior management today regarding Bullying & Harassment. Anyone from Lincoln DO got any news on this?

yea they turned up .... lots was said .... but i doubt anything will be done.... a few complaints about one certain manager but we see if anything has or will be done .
the office is falling apart at the seams ,there is more sick than we can cope with lapsing duties 4 days out of 5 cos of sick not cos of traffic
holidays wernt alocated untill 1 feb so everyone is running around like chickens trying to sort it cos people have had to book before xmas ...
duties longer than stated on revision the list goes on and on

We've had LOADS of complaints about a 'certain manager' here over years but nothing, nothing, nothing ever gets done about it with senior managers looking the other way as the figures look o.k CWU are just as useless. OPG's taking the brunt of the nastiness daily.

Thanks for that guys. I work in the subs and we get to hear naff all about what is going on at our DO. Hope this guy gets his just rewards, but somehow I doubt it. Will probably get moved on and replaced by some other sh.te.

so lincoln is no different to most offices so why have they singled it out for a visit then??????
oh and dont get too excited as you know NOWT will change cos at the end of the day nobody cares management or union take it like men you pussies lol
