I've seen it before ... but today I've had three so it jumped to the front of my mind again ... what does the following thing actually mean ??? A stamp on the letters as:
"Condition 9 Access Mail Received Out of Course at xxx Mail Centre"

If DSA mail is delivered to the wrong Mail Centre by the DSA company, Royal Mail stamps it 'Condition 9 Access Mail Received Out Of Course At ..... Mail Centre

Just to clarify - Revenue Protection will stamp it Condition 9 if the DSA Company want us to process and deliver it. And if they do, I believe they get charged the full price, not the DSA price.
