Atos report woes!

Had my telephone interview with Atos on Wednesday. Everything seemed fine and the interviewer recommended that I commence indoor duties with no heavy lifting until the end of next week(my first day back was today after being signed off by my GP).

I turned up at work today and was shown a copy of the report which clearly states I am fit for full outdoor delivery duty! At no point during my conversation with Atos did they suggest returning to full duties.

Is it common for the Atos report to differ so greatly from the agreed conclusion?? I feel at a complete loss as to where to turn. Not to mention the fact I sounded like a liar when I questioned my manager about the report. The union rep has not been helpful either!

Did they record a copy of the conversation for training and quality purposes? If so demand a copy proving that atos lied

I have had dealings with Atos over the last few months and they have always sent me as well as the DOM a copy of what we discussed.There has never been anything different in the report as to what we agreed.Hope your feeling better anyway

make sure they send you a copy of any report.

my old dom tried this trick on me and one of the reports went awol.

he said i was fit for duty yet another report over rode this.
it said i should be on adjusted duties.
he sacked me.
needless to say when the tribunal saw this they didnt believe a word he was saying.

i just happened to stumble across a conversation id had with atos through a diary i had made.
got the report a few days before the ET

if your unsure you can always ask for your whole history with them

i had a phone conversation with ATOS a couple of years ago , i had been in hospital for an operation ,and left the hospital with a Dr's certificate to say i was unfit for work for at least 8 weeks

A day after being released from hospital the phone rang , the woman then asked me a series of questions , she then decided that i would be attending work the FOLLOWING DAY to start on light duties

i told her in the queens best English too 'get f****d' ,and they wouldn't see me until my surgeon decided it was ok for me to do so !!!

on my return to work , my DOM, produced a copy of the phone conversation with ATOS , but to be fair to him he did laugh that the the woman had highlighted the 'get f****d ' part

Ask to be referred back to ATOS,if you feel you can't work then don't.Obviously a mistake somewhere.
Have never heard of this btw.
