Hi All,
Can someone send a link to the sickness procedure at RM please?
I was off today and likely to be off tomorrow, just wondering what protocol and procedure is e.g, Day 1 - self-certify, Day 2 = Drs note etc...

Its called the Attendance procedure and the current and "soon to be introduced one" are both in Downloads

Hi all
I am currently on the sick because I fell down the stairs and seriously hurt my back, I am currently on day 6 of my self cert and will be going back to the doctors for a sick note by the looks of it.
I had a phone call of my manager saying I had to go to the office for a face to face
can you tell me is this procedure as i'm struggling to move

Yes it is standard procedure to invite you in.
If you can go - go.
If you can't, inform him of the fact and invite him to visit you at home.
Agree a level of reasonable contact so he can know how long you will be off for and get you an ATOS referral if necessary.
