First Bonus payment

Just had an extra £250 in the pay packet, after stoppages, and I assume this is the "largest" proportion, Pro- Rata?

And we went on strike twice for this?

Well unfortunately it was voted in by everyone seeing the £1000. Had our revision for nearly 2 years, still waiting on our last £200. Keep getting more and more added on as well.

As the lump sums were £200/£200/£600 - I wonder what you got £250 for?

Or is it your PHG/Leadership allowance backpayment?

We've got a revision going through. The boss has never mentioned any bonus payments! Any info on what they are and when you get them?

The boss? What about the rep,what about the revision meetings?...
Annex C
Transformation Lump Sum Payments and Shorter Working Week
Delivery
Applicable to all Delivery Units including SPDO’s.
Lump Sums
The payment of £1,000 (pro rata for part time employees) consisting of 3 lump sums will be paid as follows.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of their first non walk sequencing revision.
£600 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of the walk sequencing revision.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit when the Walk Sequencing revision has been implemented, and objectives achieved in line with the local agreement and no later than the end of the 6 week bedding in period.
SPDOs
All SPDOs will receive the £600 and £200 payments in line with their parent delivery unit.
Shorter Working Week
To be implemented in all Delivery Units in line with the Walk Sequencing revision.

No not walk sequencing, I mean a office revision where they start sending you out with trolleys etc. We must get a bonus for doing that right?

Sorry there is no specific bonus for a Delivery Methods revision. Although you should get it under the above conditions if you have not already received them, and they qualify for them.

CLASHCITYROCKER....Think this was after stoppages etc inc wages.... so this "must" have been the first £200 Bonus, pro rata 25hrs per week.
Mrs opened the packet, and told me in passing, so Ill have to check myself tomoz.
Sorry if its confusing you, as its confusing me too!
Have to dig out the wage packet and update u asap...!

In theory, until I confirm it, another £600 then £200 pro rata payments to come.
Just in time for the 2 cars we have to get sorted out at the garage. Typical..
