How do you prep 2 frames

So when you have to prep 2 frames ( Your frame and other persons frame)

How do u do it ?

I do it like this

Well first I start on the other frame. 
Put the d2ds in. Then throw in first trays of sequenced mail.
Then move back to my frame. Put the d2ds in. Then throw in first trays of sequenced mail.

Then move to the other frame and throw in 1 tray of Flats/Letters in.
Then move back to my frame and throw in 1 tray of Flats/Letters. 
(I go back and forth throwing in trays of Flats/Letters)

Then move to the other frame and throw in the second trays of sequenced mail.
Then move back to my frame and throw in the second trays of sequenced mail. Then I do my small packets and redirections.

If I have enough time. I move to the other frame and do small packets and redirections.

Fairest way is to do 15 mins then swap for 15 mins etc. That way its fairly equal

Where I am, time spent throwing in a second frame is when the IPS is being sorted so as not to be throwing in your own walk whilst others are on IPS. If you finish throwing in 2nd frame (rare) then move on to another with least thrown in.

I like the comment about not throwing out your own walk while others are doing IPS. Guess what! that is what a lot of double preppers do - in effect they don't really double prep sufficiently - I mentioned this in another post.

Anyway, if the idea is for a 39 hours person to prep for a 24/27 hours staff, then it is the job of the full time staff to prep d2ds and other mail to best of his/her ability within the time given. D2D is part of mainstream mail and he/she will not be doing someone else's job.

Thankfully, the duty holder in our office has to prep there own d2d.
