advice please

came back to work after xmas after being sick,dom left me message on answerphone,on monday adding extra 41 delivery points on your duty ,i arrived back at work to find my frame had been altered with these extra houses on,all this was done without a talk with me,before the extra i was getting 2-3 hours of ot per week,then they add another 25 mins a day on.today i find out 2 fellow workers are struggling with there duty,dom has suggested taking all farms rural delivery totaling approx 1 hour of my duty and adding some of these houses of this other duty on to mine approx 1 hour,am i being conned ,i will have more mail and packets on a main street than i would going to farms etc.

The end of the day they can do what they want, but if you havent got enough time to do it just cut off simple!

We dont get paid piece work, its paid by time......run out of time?.....cut off. simples

Sometimes I think some people are too scared to cut off.
Start growing a pair , and cut off .
Until you cut off nothing will change, thats my advice.
You never get a postman who cuts off moaning about their walk , its only the ones that dont

today a full timer (39 hours) signed in at 0640 and signed out at 1310, doing a rural job + absorption, he gets away with murder, but the managers love him as he takes absorption without fail. that's 6.5 hours work when he should be doing 8.

a part timer (30 hours) signed in at 0750 and finished at 15:30, he's on a 6 month contract. that's 7 hours 40 when he should do 6. they wont pay overtime.

all in the same office, part timer is scared to cut off as he knows they might not renew contract.

Sadly this goes on in every office. Its always been the same iam afraid

I am full time and a walker and work my full time but the firms finish 60-90 mins early every day and do not absorb.
