Our company is applying for the CommunityMark, a national standard which publicly recognises business excellence in community investment. As part of our application, we have been asked to request independent and confidential feedback from some of our employees about what we do in the community.

I would be very grateful if you would fill out the on-line survey by following the link below. The survey will take no more than 5 minutes to fill out. Your answers will be completely confidential and the company will not be able to find out what any individual has said. Responses will be directed straight back to Business in the Community, who have developed the CommunityMark. It is important that you are completely honest about what you think.

The survey needs to be completed by Friday, 1 March 2013.It is important for our company that we get a good response rate, so we would really appreciate it if you can make the time to complete the survey before that date.
