6 weeks annual leave ?

hi folks ive purchased extra annual leave totaling 6 weeks ive done this for quite a few years,every year we have had 5 full weeks and 1 week in odd days,this year our dom has said we cant have odd days,this must be wrong surely i know why he has said this to make it easier on his little computer,sometimes we have appoitments or if youve a long weekend coming up its sometimes nice to book a friday off,is this allowed ?

It depends on whether there are enough slots.
It might be nice to have a friday off but if you book 5 separate fridays it blocks 5 full leave weeks.
I would imagine if you're last on the leave pick and you can't get a full week off because somebody has bagged every friday you're going to be pissed off.

were only a small office with less than 35 staff,i might understand if we were a big office
