Should CWU grade Assistant Managers/Team Leaders be supervising CWU grade colleagues?

If they are managers they should be part of the CMA(unite), some CWU members are acting managers, being a acting manager tends to go the their head and RM push them back to being a postie, not much you can do about this unless they start treating members wrongly.
