Just speed-read the above post, it appears the Bullwell, Fishguard, Colwyn Bay and Moulton Offices were all
' Saved from Closure ', not re-opened.. Sorry.

10 properties are 'Currently Marketing' but Bullwel is 'Under Offer & In Solicitors Hands'.

Now I've undergone 'The BIG Picture' presentation I can see that, of course, it makes perfect sense to market our properties without consulting us or the public :d'oh! !

Whitstable have held their own 'Public Consultation' re. Closure - search here or FB - lets see what happens.
Our office gathered >10,000 signatures (>12,600 Delivery points) and they shut us..

so going back to the Original Question..

Probably not.
