I tried to order a Royal Mail Beanie hat last week, the order came quickly but was for an Elmer Fud type hat, when I asked why I was told it wasn't cold enough for a beanie, has anyone been issued with a beanie and if so where abouts in the country is it cold enough ?

Point blank refuse to wear the elmer fud hat, and the beanies will not be available in the north west of scotland for a good while yet

Did'nt know they were issuing Beanies, about time! I'd rather be cold then wear that stupid Elmer Fudd hat.

I quite like wearing my elmer hat!! Keeps the rain outta my eyes and ears and keeps my neck warm... Shame I'd actually forgotten to take it out with me last week when it was snowing :sad:
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?

There is a new CWU hat advertised on the union website for £5 + £1 p+p.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
