i have a question regarding the conduct code tomorrow im receiving a 1st stage warning for being off 3 times this year i want to know if they can give me this.

in february 2012 i had 6 days off sick due to an accident at work, in december i had 7 off due to the norovirus, and in the middle of this month january i had 2 days off due to food poisioning. i have been told as its 15 days from these dates february 2012 to the middle of january then i get a stage one warning.

Highlighted absence is an AOD normally discounted in the Attendance procedure, was it recorded on ERICA?

yes it was recorded as accident on duty but manager told me it makes no difference.
