We now have a new LM, job title Performance Manager. Anyone else recently acquired one of these? Job description appears to be bullying and intimidating staff.

So RM are not content to have your normal LM's B&H they now bring in a performance manager for this specific purpose!! Lol.

They have 6 LM's and the DOM at my old DO do they really need another one??? I know none of them actually 'manage' but it is getting a joke now!
