Yes - there are lurking managers that was shown as certain when they suspended members in Bristol for things they had posted on here - IIRC they were reinstated.

Does Moya visit - not personally but she wouldn't have got to where she is without keeping an eye on websites that involve her company and/or personnel.

Also I think the Union top bods if they are worth their salt, are also visiting and lurking on us.

Would you really want to work for a organisation which sacked you for writing the truth on this forum. Yes I would find financial hardship if I was sacked, my financial life style would decreased, were do you draw the line on free speech. On the bigger scheme of things this forum plays an important roll, it gives unedited feed back to senior management. At the end of the day it would be easy to identify who I am because I am known for my views. If I got sacked from RM, it would just be an other chapter in my journey of life and a new chapter would begin.

As long as people don't use their real names and try to avoid something that positively identifies them there is nothing to worry about.
Although management don't have to prove that someone posting on here is definitely who they say it is they would have to show how they came to the position of a reasonable assumption of identity.
Facebook and Twitter are far more dangerous places to wash your dirty linen.
