Do we need to keep Nsi forms such as investment account withdrawal, index linked account withdrawal, children bond withdrawal forms..etc
Which forms do we need to keep and which to destroy? Can anyone help or direct me to the relevant branch focus or memo.
Thank you.

Re: NSI forms?
I was told by helpline to keep all forms until instructions to dispose of were issued. Cant remember where I put them. Maybe it was somewhere near the recycling bin.

But unfortunately this has yet to be updated, so the current requirements are:
NSI303 Premium Bond Withdrawal Form
NSI350 Premium Bond Repayment Envelope
NSIPB14/2012/01 Premium Bond Standing Order Leaflet
NSI765/2012/01 Premium Bond Application Leaflet
NSI765A/2012/01 Premium Bond Prize Leaflet
NSI741/2012/01 Children’s Bonds Leaflet
NSI7722012 Interest Rates
NSI752/2012/01 What’s on offer from NSI
Everything else can go – it became obsolete last autumn.

Re: NSI forms?
After reading that memo yesterday I think they are the last thing we need to worry about ... I now direct them straight to the free nsi phone number ... Am I wrong? if they don't want us to sell their products I'm not doing the nitty and gritty bits for a unreliable customer
