Interview with DSM/DOM

Hi guys. Returning to work next week after 9 months off. Been invited to attend an interview with my DOM and DSM for them to understand my condition and to get me swiftly back into work. Does anybody know what I could expect at this meeting. I thought ATOS had involvement in this or do they give their opinions after my meeting. Thank you in advance

One piece of advice - dont go in on your own but take your rep in case they dont stick to whatever you agree to return to.

If you've had an ATOS referral (phone or face to face), they will have submitted a report to your DIM/DSM with recommendations on your return. Don't go in alone, have a rep with you.

Thread sounds like a bad book or film.
Well it could go either well or shite as 9 months is usually the cut off point for them `offering` you ill health retirement and that defo has Atos involvement OR they could actually be having this meeting to discuss if you need any reasonable adjustments to do your job(was that a flock of diarrhetic pigs flying past) either way it will be s**t.

Atos should have discussed a back to work agreement with you already ........ one that you also approve of. This is then talked about in your back to work meeting with your DOM, and normally they go with the Atos recommendation. Why the DSM is at the meeting, i have no idea .............
I would also not go in alone. If you don't want a rep there take in someone you don't mind knowing of your condition, someone you can trust.

Is it not the norm then to have Dsm at meeting . Dom was suppose to be referring me back to Atos this week he told me but this meeting has come first. Confused guys

Remember, you have the right in any meeting to have the meeting adjourned in order that you can obtain further advice. So if you are being intimidated, call a halt to the meeting.
