Paisley Area Rep - New Attendance Procedure

Well he has done it again,

so new attendance procedure that every office was supposed to be consulted on and advised about, yet the PA area rep has not bothered his arse to come to our office and talk to us about it, yet we have supposedly as a branch voted yes, so how many offices did he actually get round to visiting? he certainly never came here to Dunoon and im guessing he never went to any of the other larger offices he covers but that are a little drive away? or did he just tell his pals in paisley and ignore his other duties?

Lets name and shame areas that never consulted local offices, i ll start

Don't you think a member has a right to form their own opinion on matters far more likely to directly affect them than an Area Rep on full release.

Personally I think it is out of order for him to be publicly named without having an opportunity to reply.

He always struck me as being an honest and hard-working rep.
When he was suspended for refusing to cross an MC picket line, didn't the whole of Motherwell walk out in support of him?
Seems he was quite popular too.

you mean the guy who has agreed work rates as high as 120 without informing the offices they dont need to agree to anything above 100?

that hard working that he virtually never comes round his offices to see if there any problem

the guy who makes deals against national agreements for his own benefit

seems he has forgotton the Area part of his job title, if it doesnt affect paisley he doesnt care
