Continuous Improvement Agreement

Continuous Improvement is Post Office Limited's version of World Class Mail. POL Supply Chain have hired a former consultant from Total Quality Management Slovakia to implement Continuous Improvement.

An agreement has been made with the CWU but this agreement has not been released. The program is being implemented at London East Cash Centre and it is very hard for the local rep to monitor Continuous Improvement because the agreement hasn't been released.
