Sick Leave Doctors Note Question

Hi guys,

How many days can a person be off sick before a doctors note is required ?

I'm pretty sure it's still a week (7 days)

One week. Most doctors will not issue a sick note until you have been off work for a week anyway, unless you have a pre existing condition. (At least, that is what my GP told me.)

I got my sick note from doctors straight away

been off for 4 weeks and now got another 4 I will be on stage 2

just waiting atos report that my doctor had to fill in which was odd questions to ask him all about why and if I can do a delivery, but my problem is the manger makes it impossible for me to complete a delivery at least 3 times a week

if you werent on a stage you will get a stage 1....unless your dom is a decent one....he may put you on no stage depending on the problem
