A bit of a long shot, but no harm in asking.

Last Monday I took a parcel that I was returning to Rutland Leisure Outlet to work and used the miss sort system to get my parcel delivered. A week later and my parcel has not arrived at Rutland Leisure.

So, I don't suppose we have the postie who delivers to Rutland Leisure Outlet at Manton and remembers delivering a parcel wrapped in brown wrapping paper and had six 1st class Xmas stamps (the ones we got at Xmas)

I put RETURNS on the parcel.

They are claiming it has not arrived !!! and until it does arrive, I can't have my exchanged and I will be out of pocket :thumbdown

Well did you weigh it before you sent it and make sure there was enough postage. It mey be worth ringing the delivery office.

It weighed less than 250 grams and I put six first class stamps on, so that is over £3, plenty of postage.

They could deny having it to save them refunding you. You don't have proof of posting and they know that as they haven't signed for it.
Sorry but these things happen. I use ebay and this has happened so many times , I have to use recorded now every time.
Why are lino's paid full-time ??

Looks like my parcel has either been stolen or grown legs and decided to go on holiday.

Not nice being a victim when you are a RM employee

It finally arrived today, nearly 2 weeks after posting !
At least they got it and I got my cash back :Applause
