make do means do your best , if you can not find all the calls in the alloated time and do not want to work over then work to your time and inform the manager as soon as possible of any issues. As for changing firms times and boxes times they need to i, let the customer know with notice, and display the changes on the boxes. You can not make changes with out letting the customer know. As this takes time, i would of thought the changes would of been communicated to staff in Wtl sessions.
