ROYAL MAIL has gone MAD,,, too much work,,, not enough hours to do the work.... expected to do 12 hours work into 8 hours... the whole God dam directive from royal mail bosses is GOD dam impossible.. Mora Greene and a fellow friends in the board room live in a GOD dam DREAM WORLD... you people are really not in tune with delivery at all... your just living in a money world with no concept of what is going on in delivery..

Absolutely. A while back I cut off too much and had to do everything properly to take me to my time - no hopping fences, no reading whilst walking, etc. It was the most relaxed delivery ever. I had no idea it was possible to go so slow.

Its some of the delivery posties that are just as bad, coming in early, not doing job "properly", using own car on delivery, carrying a bag when you should use a trolley, rushing around and not doing the job as RM describe, not takig their break. Im not defending RM in any way. As long as poor managers are getting their bonuses and bullying staff nothing will change and as long as stupid posties carry on doing what they do we are stuck with these conditions. You can blame the toothless union if you like but the union is only as strong as its members.

Sometimes, on an easy day, I go so slow on my round that I have to rush the last bit because I know I wont be allowed excess if I go over
