many thanks postbitch for that it looks interesting i am looking at all options here , the process and game they play in the proceedures within royal mail particularly with grievance is slow hard work designed i think to put you off or just forget about it, its making me ill , i will take it outside of the parameters of royal mail has things are deteriorating ,enough is enough,

I think your card are marked any way long term especially when you take out a grievance against your line manager and others. ive union support and help but the process is slow and painfully so ,Instead of trying to solve the problem or come up with a satisfactory solution they attack you ,make life hard by messing your work day up , accuse you of things regarding the actions of others its very tiring and stressful[ another one coming up monday ],if things dont start to happen soon a third party will be needed ,im assuming what postbitch had put up was advertising as its been taken offPOSTMAN wrote:Has the bitch been a bitch again!
